Anatomy and Psysiology: Unit 3 muscluar System

We have been studying about Muscles and how they work. Lily and Aj learned about skeletal muscles, cardiac muscles and smooth muscles. Here are some of the activities we did while learning about muscles.

We added the muscular system to our body wall.

Some of the the activities we have done this month include playing a board game and taking a class at the library about the human body. We also did a muscles craft and colored a picture.

Presidents Day 2016

The kids had a fun day learning about Presidents day. They worked together to put together a puzzle of the white house. They also colored pictures and read books. Their favorite project was a making collage of Abraham Lincoln using paint, crayons and construction paper.

Learning about Mardi Gras

We celebrated Mardi Gras with our friends.

 We ate yummy food, did crafts, read books and had a parade dressed in traditional colors.
